Camera resolution
Camera resolution is the number of pixels a camera records, such as 2K or 4K, which sets how much detail a video can hold.
What it means for you
Higher resolution can help you recognize faces or details at a distance, but it also needs more Wi-Fi bandwidth and storage. Lens width, lighting and mounting height affect what you actually see as much as the resolution number.
